About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Training Officer with a strong background in Hard Services Facilities Management to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering hands-on technical training programs in key FM disciplines such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire protection. This role plays a critical part in assessing skills, enhancing technical capabilities, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards. The officer will also support onboarding of technical staff and maintain comprehensive training documentation. This is a field-facing role requiring a proactive, bilingual professional with strong presentation and mentoring skills and a deep understanding of operational FM environments across commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs on hard services FM topics (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, etc.)

Conduct skills assessments and identify training needs across FM teams.

Ensure training content aligns with industry standards, local regulations, and best practices.

Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials accordingly.

Support onboarding of new technical staff.

Maintain training records and certification tracking.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related field).

Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in hard services facilities management.

Proven experience in delivering technical training or mentoring FM teams.

Certifications (Preferred/Required):

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) – IFMA.

Facilities Management Professional (FMP) – IFMA.

HVAC Certification (e.g., EPA 608 or equivalent).

Electrical Safety Certification (e.g., NFPA 70E or equivalent).

Train-the-Trainer Certification or equivalent instructional design qualification.

Preferred Experience:

Experience working in large-scale commercial, healthcare, or industrial facilities.

Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems.

Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Bilingual proficiency (Arabic/English) is a plus.
