About the Role:

Successful candidate will be responsible and will ensure that all Training requirements of Poultry Processing Plant are met in accordance with the Business needs by conformance to the overall Poultry Training objectives.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree

Minimum of 5 years Training Experience in a large-scale manufacturing industry as Trainer.

Should be able to Identify Training needs across the Department on a continuous basis to ensure that individual training requirements are met effectively.

Should be able to Personally conduct training program in areas of expertise to ensure that training is delivered to meet individual’s need.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
