Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Executive to support retail channel growth in Jeddah and Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with local distributors and retail outlets in the paints and coatings sector. This role involves driving in-store sales, managing distributor relationships, and promoting product visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with retail distributors and store managers

Drive product sales through retail channels

Conduct product training and demonstrations for retail staff

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to optimize sales strategies

Requirements

5 to 8 years of experience in retail sales within the construction or coatings industry

Strong network in the Saudi retail market

Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory

Professional proficiency in Arabic and English

Proven track record in retail sales performance
