We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Presales Solution Architect with a proven track record in architecting and positioning large-scale IT solutions across Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure (On Prem and Public Cloud like OCI, GCP, Azure, AWS), Enterprise Application landscapes (eg SAP, SalesForce, Oracle, Pega etc) and good understanding of Sovereignty and Security controls. This is a strategic role requiring deep technical expertise, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills, including CXO-level engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits a winning mentality, and brings an innovative, “outside-the-box” approach to solution development.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Storyboarding:

Lead end-to-end presales solutioning across Infra, Cloud (IaaS/PaaS), Applications (AMS/Modernization of Apps, Enterprise Apps and ERP like SAP, Salesforce, Pega), and managed services.

Translate complex business requirements into scalable, cost-effective, and compliant solutions.

Collaborate with different BU / PU teams to develop next-gen offerings and reusable solution in an integrated model with transformation accelerators

Client & CXO Engagement:

Act as the technical face to the customer during the RFP/RFI/bid lifecycle.

Conduct client workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and articulate the value proposition at CXO and senior leadership levels.

Bid and Proposal Management (quality of response, accuracy and artefacts)

Drive and orchestrate BAFO responses, technical write-ups, and final presentations.

Ensure solution alignment with commercial constructs, including pricing, cost modeling, and margin optimization.

Alliance & OEM relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with key technology partners (Azure, AWS, VMware, ServiceNow, SalesForce, SAP etc.).

Leverage partner capabilities and joint GTM initiatives to enhance solution strength and competitiveness.

Key Skills to check while identifying the resources (for internal purpose only) :

Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud Architecture experience

Application Modernization & Digital Transformation exposure

Understanding of one or multiple Enterprise ERP, HCM, CRM solutions (eg SAP, Pega, SalesForce, Oracle etc)

Commercial Modeling, BAFO & TCO/ROI Analysis, Benchmarking

Client Presentation & CXO Communication capabilities

Deal Shaping & Win Strategy

Ability to build relationship with Partner Ecosystem (Hyperscalers, ISVs, OEMs)

RFP/RFI Response Leadership

Innovation, Strategic Thinking, and Team Collaboration

WORK EXPERIENCE

12 to 15 years total experience, with at least 10 years in presales solutioning / large deals management / multi-service line integration.

Education Level

Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred

Master’s degree preferred

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Reports to: Pre-sales Head

Main interfaces: sales vertical heads, other service line heads, client stakeholders, Delivery Excellence head.
