Job Purpose
Full-Time (Retainer with Sales Commission) FalconViz is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to lead the sales efforts for Gharsa, our innovative precision agriculture and reforestation application. The ideal candidate will combine a strong technical background in remote sensing, GIS, and agritech with proven sales expertise. This individual will play a pivotal role in engaging stakeholders across Saudi Arabia’s government and private sectors, promoting FalconViz products and services aligned with KSA’s Green Initiatives and sustainability goals.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for Gharsa.
Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with stakeholders in government and private sectors involved in reforestation, agriculture, and environmental initiatives.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value and features of Gharsa and other FalconViz services.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Travel extensively across Saudi Arabia to meet clients, stakeholders, and decision makers in the agriculture, environmental, and reforestation sectors.
Actively participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events to represent FalconViz, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and propose customized solutions using Gharsa.
Technical and Domain Expertise
Leverage a strong background in remote sensing, GIS, and agritech to effectively communicate the technical and environmental benefits of Gharsa.
Stay updated on KSA’s Green Initiatives, reforestation regulations, agriculture policies, and carbon credit frameworks to guide client interactions and ensure compliance.
Demonstrate knowledge of ICUN standards, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and international environmental policies to establish credibility with senior government officials and stakeholders.
Promotion of Carbon Credit Solutions
Engage clients and stakeholders on the topic of carbon credits, explaining the policies, procedures, and calculations involved in carbon sequestration and trading.
Present the role of Gharsa in contributing to sustainability, carbon reduction, and reforestation goals.
Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and technical teams to align on messaging, materials, and client feedback.
Provide detailed sales reports, market insights, and client feedback to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
Work with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of Gharsa solutions for clients.
Continuous Learning and Improvement
Continuously expand knowledge of the reforestation and agritech industries, as well as emerging technologies in GIS and remote sensing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to enhance FalconViz’s competitive position.
Education And Professional Qualifications
Educational and Professional Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Remote Sensing, GIS, Agritech, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or technical roles within the agriculture, environment, or remote sensing sectors.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of GIS and remote sensing software and tools.
Familiarity with carbon credit policies, procedures, and calculations.
Understanding of KSA’s Green Initiatives, reforestation regulations, and agricultural laws.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
Ability to effectively engage and communicate with senior government officials, private sector leaders, and environmental stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences.
Soft Skills:
Passionate, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage extensive travel and multiple client engagements.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to close sales and foster long-term partnerships.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel extensively across KSA.
Familiarity with ICUN standards, UN Sustainable Development Goals, and sustainability reporting frameworks.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Compensation And Benefits
Salary range: 8,000 SAR to 12,000 SAR
