SAP Finance (FICO) Solutions Architect

The main purpose of this role is to leverage extensive experience in SAP FICO to lead the design and implementation of financial processes and solutions that align with business objectives across various industries.

Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations focusing on Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Central Finance.

Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with logistics and procurement modules.

Utilize BAPIs, IDocs, ALE, and middleware tools for system integration with third-party systems.

Guide stakeholders in financial compliance and reporting standards applicable across multi-country rollouts.

Collaborate with CFOs and cross-functional teams to align SAP solutions with business goals.

Develop and execute data migration and reconciliation strategies.

Document solutions and methodologies using SAP Solution Manager.

Analyze large datasets in SAP to inform financial and operational decisions.

Design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports using visualization platforms.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in SAP FICO.

Experience leading 6-8 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, focusing on Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and Central Finance, ensuring seamless integration with logistics and procurement modules.

Expertise in financial process design and configuration.

Strong understanding of system integration using SAP middleware tools.

Proficient in financial compliance and reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).

Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LSMW, BODS).

Proficient in SAP BW, HANA, BO, ECC, SQL, and Excel.
