We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This person will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities with companies that can benefit from Sawt’s Voice AI solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and will play a key role in shaping their first impression of Sawt. Your work will directly influence the growth of the company and the evolution of the voice AI industry in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Outreach

• Identify and engage potential clients through a mix of cold outreach, inbound leads, referrals, and events.

• Build strong relationships with decision-makers in customer service, sales, and digital transformation teams.

Sales Meetings & Consultations

• Run discovery and demo calls to understand client needs and present Sawt’s offerings effectively.

• Tailor pitches based on the client’s industry and region-specific voice needs.

Deal Structuring & Closing

• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, working alongside the product and legal teams as needed.

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead to signed contract.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure customer feedback informs product direction.

• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS or any client-facing sales role, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas.

• Strong communicator in both Arabic and English.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.

• Experience selling to enterprise and/or government clients in the Gulf region is a huge plus.

• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or voice technology is a strong advantage.
