We are looking for an experienced IT professional to manage and optimize our IT infrastructure for a 2-year project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Active Directory, OS deployment, patch management, application deployment, and other key system operations.

About the Role – Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily IT operations and system infrastructure

Administer Active Directory, DNS, File Servers, Exchange, and Key Management

Handle OS deployment, patch management, and application deployment

Oversee backup and disaster recovery processes

Monitor system health, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot issues

Maintain technical documentation and support compliance

Ability to travel to remote branches as needed

Required Skills:

DNS Management: Zones, records, resolution troubleshooting

Windows Server Administration: Roles, updates, configurations

OS Deployment

Patch Management: ManageEngine AD Manager, AD Audit, SCCM

Application Deployment

Exchange Server: SRV records, mailbox management, mail flow troubleshooting

File Server Management

Backup & Disaster Recovery

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (BCS, BSc IT, BIT)

Preferred certifications: MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Server+

5 to 8 years of relevant experience
