Role Summary

The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical devices at customer sites. The role ensures proper functioning of equipment and provides technical support to end users in line with company standards.

Job Responsibilities

Install and configure medical equipment at hospitals and clinics.

Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs as needed.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.

Provide basic training to users on equipment operation.

Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service and spare parts availability.

Follow company policies and safety procedures during all service activities.

Follow relevant quality procedures to deliver quality services and identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement.

Work safely, complying with all safety procedures, rules and instructions, and reporting workplace hazards, incidents or injuries to manager

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience

2+ years of experience in servicing medical equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical specifications for installation and maintenance of equipment.

Ability to make proper estimates for repairs, and new equipment installation.

Good problem-solving and technical skills.

Willingness to travel and work on-site at hospitals.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid driver’s license.
