Job Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Growth (Microsoft Technology Focused)
Drive strategic business development initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts, with a focus on Microsoft technology services and solutions.
Identify high-impact opportunities in the Saudi market and cultivate strong relationships with senior decision-makers across industries.
Lead sales cycles end-to-end — from opportunity qualification and solution alignment to contract negotiations and closure — ensuring alignment with client objectives and business value delivery.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Strengthen relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients by proactively delivering value through Delphi’s offerings in Data, AI, Cloud and Microsoft platforms.
Strategic Collaboration & Market Insights
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and technical teams to co-create compelling solutions tailored to client requirements.
Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities in Microsoft ecosystem to inform business development strategy.
Support internal leadership with account insights and performance reporting to drive growth and decision-making in the KSA region.
Job requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience & Expertise
5-7 years of experience in business development and account management, preferably in technology consulting or IT services.
Proven track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the KSA market.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
Communication & Technical Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Fluent).
Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, security solutions, and enterprise technologies is a plus.
Understanding of the Saudi business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
