We are now recruiting for a Pilates Instructor to join a premium, boutique Pilates studio located in Riyadh. This studio offers a beautifully designed and calming environment, focused on delivering a first-class wellness experience through small group and one-to-one Reformer Pilates sessions.

The studio caters to a high-end clientele and has built its reputation on professionalism, quality instruction and attention to detail. As part of the team, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inclusive and results-focused space that members genuinely love.

What we’re looking for:

A fully certified Pilates Instructor with experience teaching Reformer Pilates

Someone with a confident, calm and professional presence in small group settings

A passion for helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and mobility

A supportive and service-led approach to instruction and client care

Essential Requirements:

Reformer Pilates certification

Fluent English speaker

What’s Included

Salary: $3,500 USD per month (tax-free), with room for increases based on experience

Commission: 20% on personal training sessions, with double commission for overtime

Accommodation: Fully furnished 1-bedroom studio apartment provided

Transport: Monthly transportation allowance included

Medical: Full medical insurance provided

Flights & Visa: Annual return flight and all visa, medical, and residency costs covered

Bonus: End-of-service gratuity

Working Schedule: 5 working days per week, 2 days off, 8-hour shifts
