The Opportunity
Our client is a global leader in the flooring space , with a strong regional presence and an established footprint in the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They are currently looking to hire a Sales Manager to spearhead their growth and project-based business in the region.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented and well-connected sales professional who thrives in a specification-driven sales environment. The successful candidate will lead business development efforts, manage relationships with architects and consultants, and ensure the company’s inclusion in key project specifications across Saudi Arabia especially Riyadh.
The Talent
4–8 years of sales experience in the building materials industry
Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia, with strong familiarity with regional sales processes
Existing network of architects, designers, consultants, and key decision-makers in the construction sector
Strong track record of winning large-scale commercial projects
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and project management tools
Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is required to effectively communicate with and manage the client portfolio
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The Job
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in both new and existing markets
Ensure market penetration across vertical and horizontal commercial segments
Maintain active presence in all ongoing and potential projects in the region
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and nurture strong relationships with A&D consultants, architects, and key project stakeholders
Ensure the company’s product specifications are included in all relevant tenders and proposals
Support distributors and partners in finalising submittals, securing project awards, and negotiating contracts
Project & Data Management
Manage project pipelines and track opportunities using CRM tools
Regularly update and report on project status, sales activities, and market developments
Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends
Technical & Marketing Support
Deliver product presentations to key decision-makers and industry professionals
Maintain updated company product libraries across key architectural and consulting offices
Support marketing initiatives and brand visibility efforts in coordination with channel partners
