Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional with expertise in structural design, construction, and engineering works. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and project management skills, with a deep understanding of construction procedures, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through execution, ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications

Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of structural shop drawings and material submittals

Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Identify and resolve technical issues, providing effective solutions to construction challenges

Prepare and assess variation orders, ensuring accurate documentation and cost control

Ensure adherence to project procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Interpret and apply FIDIC contracts and construction law in project execution and dispute resolution

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)

Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in structural design and construction project management

Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and lead cross-functional teams

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, construction law, and industry regulations

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
