Senior Manager, ERM

Job Description

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework across the organization, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and governance expectations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, and aggregation to provide a holistic view of key strategic, financial, operational, and compliance risks.

Coordinate with business units and functions to perform periodic risk assessments and drive consistent application of risk scoring, risk appetite alignment, and mitigation tracking.

Support the development and monitoring of the Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) and ensure breaches are reported, analyzed, and remediated through appropriate actions.

Design and manage the enterprise risk register and ensure proper linkage to business processes, controls, and performance metrics.

Lead the preparation of enterprise risk reports and dashboards for the Board, Audit & Risk Committees, and executive management.

Facilitate integration of ERM with strategy planning and performance management.

Collaborate with Internal Audit, Compliance, ORM, and other assurance functions to ensure risk alignment and avoid duplication of efforts.

Champion risk culture initiatives, training, and awareness programs across all levels of the organization.

Monitor industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory developments to inform risk oversight and readiness.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in enterprise risk management, strategy, internal audit, or governance functions.

Strong knowledge of ERM frameworks (COSO ERM, ISO 31000) and practical application across diversified business models.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.

Professional certifications such as CRMP, GRCP, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.

Prior exposure to Board-level reporting, strategic risk assessments, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
