Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company’s services within the bonded zone. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company's services and achieve business objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation & Brand Management

Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Manage the company’s online presence and update content regularly to reflect the latest services and promotions.

Lead Generation & Market Research

Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to support the sales team in acquiring new clients.

Track and analyze lead generation efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.

Communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and market insights to internal teams and stakeholders.

Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achieve targeted lead generation and conversion rates.

Increase website traffic and social media engagement by set percentages.

Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels.

Deliver marketing campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing, preferably within logistics or bonded zone services.

Strong creative and analytical skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
