Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT Architect to lead the design and implementation of end-to-end IT architecture. This role is responsible for ensuring architectural alignment with business objectives, driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, and overseeing system integration, performance, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business and technical requirements and design comprehensive End-to-End architecture across IT domains.

Design applications, processes, and data that support business and technical requirements within various IT areas.

Develop a strategic roadmap for technical systems within long-term strategic programs spanning 2-3 years.

Contribute as an active member in project design teams and architecture planning.

Develop and oversee the integration framework for system interoperability.

Define and implement interface standards, failure handling mechanisms, retries, error handling, alert systems, and active monitoring.

Lead and manage solution design across Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS), and other technical domains.

Coordinate effectively with other design teams to ensure design integration and alignment with overall objectives.

Collaborate closely with partners and vendors to supervise, review, and approve architectural designs they provide.

Ensure timely delivery of design outputs, fully integrated with other components of the end-to-end delivery process.

Raise awareness of enterprise IT architecture frameworks and define clear objectives for compliance.

Establish and develop interaction processes with design and architecture teams to ensure alignment and negotiate with business teams regarding requirements that impact the current architectural baseline.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant roles, at least 7 years of end to end Architecture.
