Job Purpose

The Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition will lead RSC (Restaurant Support Center) hiring efforts across Saudi Arabia and other markets from time to time. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding, while acting as a trusted partner to business leaders. The Senior Associate will also be responsible for recruitment reporting, pipeline management, and ensuring a strong candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment for RSC and high-volume roles across KSA, including sourcing, assessment, interviews, and selection.

Drive timely and high-quality hiring outcomes while ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience.

Business Partnering

Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand workforce needs and define talent strategies aligned with business goals.

Provide market insights and consultative guidance on hiring trends and talent availability in KSA.

Metrics & Reporting

Ensuring all recruitment data is consistently updated and maintained on the ATS and reporting tools to enable accurate, timely, and actionable insights..

Leverage data and insights to optimize processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve time-to-hire.

Stakeholder Management

Serve as a single point of contact for recruitment activities in KSA, maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders.

Ensure recruitment efforts are aligned with business timelines, goals, and service standards.

Candidate Experience

Champion an exceptional candidate experience through timely updates, transparent communication, and professional handling throughout the hiring journey.

Promote the organization’s employer brand in every candidate touchpoint.

Process Improvement

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.

Implement tools, best practices, and innovations to drive quality, reduce time-to-hire, and support business growth.

Key Requirements

3-5 years of talent acquisition experience in KSA.

Solid understanding of recruitment across KSA, with experience managing high-volume and operational hiring across regions.

Strong business acumen and consultative approach to partnering with business leaders.

Intermediate skills in Excel, exposure to ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in managing senior stakeholder expectations.
