GRC Specialist

JOB PURPOSE:

covering an organization's approach across these three practices: governance, risk management, and compliance, help the business to become more stable and productive by helps company to always act in the best interests of the business, stakeholders and shareholders.

Responsibilities

Develop policies and procedures for projects division level to meet legal, projects requirements for top management, such as delegation of authority, conflict of interest, code of ethics, legal and laws compliance through considering.

o strengthening our governance and compliance program to ensure adherence with regulatory requirements and company best practices.

o Ensure that all policies and procedures capture a complete view of all activities and processes within all alfanar projects business units and across the various business areas.

o Assess the current state of business processes, by measuring the maturity level for each process and documentation status, illustrate the process gaps and bottlenecks and streamline the future state processes.

o Ensure compliance with society, regulatory, and industry standards for security and compliance

o Establish standard repeatable practices to maintain a balanced security and compliance governance framework that meets necessary regulatory and contractual requirements.

o Develop, Implement, Monitor and Evaluate assigned governance programmes/projects; review relevant documents and reports; identify problems and issues to be addressed and propose corrective actions; liaise with relevant stakeholders; identify and track follow-up actions.

• Define the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future objectives, and measuring the future processes by using leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in in law or any equivalent field

• Minimum Experience: 1-3 Years in same requested role
