Scope of work
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Consultant to join our team in the construction and industrial sector, to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients or accounts of Wurth Saudi. The primary goal is to maximize the value and profitability of these key accounts by understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Account Planning: Developing and updating account plans to outline objectives, strategies, and action steps for each key account. This involves conducting research, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Sales and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to upsell additional products or services such as systems to key accounts and actively pursuing new sales opportunities. This may involve preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts and pricing, and closing deals.
Problem Solving: Addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively. This may involve coordinating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints, manage escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams such as internal sales, divisions, marketing, and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of products and new products and services to key accounts.
Reporting and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing key metrics related to account performance, such as revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention rates. Generating reports and providing insights to the line manager regarding the progress and success of key accounts. Generating IKAM report for the international key accounts customers every month.
Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties related to managing key accounts, such as updating customer databases, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records.
Training and Development: Continuously enhancing knowledge and skills through professional development activities, attending events and conferences, and staying informed about industry best practices. Training for our customers for certain products, such as AC machines….
Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions that may impact key accounts. Conducting research to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
Education and Seniority level
1. Bachelor degree in B.A or engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in key account management.
Technical Competencies and skills
1. Strong knowledge of construction and metal products and their applications.
2. Establish and maintain effective Interpersonal Relationships
3. Effective communication and organization skills
4. Analytical skills and proficient use of Excel
