Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales distribution strategy for Callaway hard goods and TravisMathew apparel.
Establish and manage annual sales forecasts and revenue targets across all retail and wholesale accounts.
Identify and onboard key retail partners, green grass accounts, and e-commerce channels.
Monitor sell-through data and optimize replenishment cycles with partners.
Own key account relationships: including golf clubs, resorts, off-course retailers, sporting goods stores, and pro shops.
Conduct regular sales and performance reviews with partners, ensuring alignment with brand standards and pricing policies.
Provide product training, merchandising support, and seasonal line presentations.
Map and grow retail channel coverage across Tier 1, Tier 2 and emerging regions in KSA.
Introduce incentive and loyalty programs for retail partners to drive volume and brand loyalty.
Explore and support omnichannel opportunities including mobile pop-ups, events, and activations.
Coordinate with internal teams on product ordering, inventory management, and seasonal planning.
Work closely with marketing teams to align retail campaigns with sales cycles and seasonal launches.
Ensure compliance with pricing strategy—minimum 10% below UAE market pricing with a goal of global parity.
Track and report on key sales KPIs, partner performance, margin analysis, and market penetration.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate account data, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
Analyze competitor activity and provide insights to guide market response and strategic planning.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in retail or wholesale sales management, preferably in golf, sportswear, or lifestyle brands.
Strong knowledge of the golf industry in MENA or international markets.
Proven track record managing premium brands (Callaway, TaylorMade, Ping, etc.).
Commercially astute with experience in sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and distribution models.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Excel, and sales reporting platforms.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
