Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for Studying the strategic and significant lawsuits that affect the Company’s entity and file them to His Royal Highness. “The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedure”

Job Responsibility

Contributes in the development of stc’s organization strategy and to the overall process of management and corporate decision making along with other members of the Executive Team.

Directs and manages the “ Corporate Laws ” mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.

Leads and monitors change in the “ Corporate Laws ” providing guidance and support, necessary for continuous improvement.

Ensures compliance with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the “ Corporate Laws ”.

 Prior experience in legal research and consultations in a large organization  Prior experience in a law firm with specific exposure to telecom related legal studies and consultation is preferred
