About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Performance Specialist with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in launching and scaling paid media campaigns. This role requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, digital expertise, and creative insight to develop and manage campaigns that directly drive ROI.
You will be fully responsible for paid media activities across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter (X), owning the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Media Planning & Strategy
Develop full-funnel paid media strategies aligned with client objectives and KPIs
Set performance benchmarks, forecasts, and allocate budgets effectively
Campaign Management
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms
Apply best practices in targeting, bidding, placement, and budget allocation
Collaborate with content and creative teams to guide ad asset development
Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve performance across creatives and landing pages
Creative Performance Guidance
Provide data-driven recommendations to shape ad concepts and messaging
Stay ahead of platform trends and high-performing formats
Lead performance reviews of creatives and recommend enhancements based on metrics
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Build and maintain campaign dashboards and tracking systems
Monitor and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CVR, MER, and more
Translate data into actionable insights for ongoing optimization and client reporting
Collaboration & Strategic Input
Align with internal teams (strategy, creative, account management) on client goals
Contribute to performance strategy discussions and growth planning sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3 to 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in an agency environment
Proven experience managing paid media budgets with clear performance accountability
Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Twitter Ads
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in tools like GA4, Looker, or Zoho Analytics
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and content teams
Preferred: Experience in furniture, kitchen, or home improvement industries
