We are seeking an experienced and visionary Enterprise Architecture Leader to drive the design, development, and governance of our end-to-end enterprise architecture. This role blends high-level strategy with deep technical engagement, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-ready systems across business, data, applications, and technology layers.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Leadership

Design and evolve comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks covering business, data, application, and technology domains.

Define target-state architectures and create actionable roadmaps and transition strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Lead architecture governance processes, including technical reviews, reference architecture development, and standards enforcement.

Technical Deep Dives

Partner with developers and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve architectural issues related to scalability, integration, and performance.

Deliver detailed low-level designs (LLDs) for critical systems and services.

Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure robustness, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Architect scalable, cloud-native, and hybrid platforms using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Implement core infrastructure components: VPCs, IAM policies, service mesh, and scalable Kubernetes clusters (EKS/AKS).

Lead cloud transformation efforts, including monolith-to-microservices migration and legacy system modernization.

Champion CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

Integration & Data Architecture

Define and govern API architectures including REST, GraphQL, and gRPC.

Design and implement event-driven systems using tools like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Event Hub.

Oversee enterprise data architecture, pipelines, and mesh patterns using Spark, Flink, dbt, and related technologies.

Security & Compliance

Integrate secure-by-design principles, Zero Trust architecture, and compliance standards such as NCA, ISO 27001, and CIS benchmarks.

Enforce data governance policies, encryption standards, and IAM strategies across infrastructure and application layers.

Tooling & Observability

Define observability standards for logs, metrics, and traces using tools like Prometheus, ELK, and Datadog.

Promote and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Pulumi, and GitOps workflows for operational consistency.

Requirements

Must Have:

10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture with deep hands-on technical experience.

Proven expertise in designing and governing large-scale distributed systems.

Strong understanding of modern cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and security models.

Excellent collaboration skills across business, engineering, and security teams.

Nice to Have:

Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, government).
