Purpose:
Responsible for achieving sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service, effectively marketing products, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience, while maintaining efficient store operations and contributing to inventory management to ensure consistent product availability that meets customer needs.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the assigned sales target by ensuring alignment with the budgeted product mix across brands, categories, and SKUs, to drive consistent revenue growth and meet business objectives.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, to enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and strengthen the brand image.
Follow standardized sales processes and maintain CRM systems while providing data-driven insights, to ensure operational consistency and support ongoing performance improvements.
Monitor and analyze sales performance regularly, to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for enhancement in both individual and store-wide sales efforts.
Manage inventory control procedures, including stock replenishment, stocktaking, and tracking delivery and installation performance, to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure operational readiness.
Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and attractive visual merchandising to provide a welcoming shopping environment and reinforce brand standards.
Provide on-the-job training to team members to build team capability, improve product knowledge, and ensure consistent service delivery across the sales team.
Experience and Requirements:
Proven experience in retail sales (HA- AC), customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.
Have a diploma degree in Business Administration and marketing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
Proficient in using CRM systems and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor sales metrics and translate insights into action.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
Fluency in the English Language
Willingness to work in a dynamic retail environment.
