Job Purpose:
Lead a team of application support specialists, ensuring efficient and timely support delivery while maintaining service quality and compliance with SLAs
Key Accountabilities:
Supervise and ensure 24/7 application support coverage.
Oversee installation, upgrades, and configuration changes.
Coordinate with client PMs, support teams, and vendors.
Validate technical documents and manage problem resolution.
Lead planning for upgrades and other support activities.
Provide regular status updates to management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Minimum Experience:
6+ years professional experience.
Job-Specific Skills:
Hands on experience in payment application support.
Advanced knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, Linux OS, Unix scripting, and job automation.
Experience with SWIFT network, connectivity, and HSM management.
Strong communication skills.
