Chief Sales Officer – Digital Services (Based in Riyadh)
A leading organization in the digital transformation space is seeking a seasoned sales executive to lead its commercial strategy and drive growth across a portfolio of advanced technology services. This executive will be responsible for shaping go-to-market initiatives, expanding enterprise relationships, and aligning sales operations with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across digital consulting offerings, including cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms.
Monitor market dynamics and competitive trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a forward-looking commercial approach.
Establish scalable sales methodologies, forecasting models, and performance metrics.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
Cultivate strategic relationships with enterprise clients, public sector entities, and technology partners.
Lead account-based selling initiatives targeting high-value engagements.
Oversee pipeline development, lead conversion, and sales performance optimization.
Client Relationship Management
Foster long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and solution alignment.
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation.
Represent the organization at industry events and forums.
Sales Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks aligned with strategic goals.
Implement training programs focused on emerging technologies and consultative selling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing to align campaigns with sales objectives.
Work closely with delivery, product, and finance teams to ensure commercial viability and operational readiness.
Support contract structuring and pricing strategies in collaboration with legal and commercial stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
Experience
20+ years in sales leadership roles within digital consulting, IT services, or enterprise technology.
Demonstrated success in managing large enterprise accounts and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud, AI, data, and cybersecurity.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Preferred: Advanced degree in business, management, or technology
Requirements
Proven experience managing P&L for portfolios exceeding $100M.
Strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
