Key Responsibilities
Generate Leads and Opportunities: Identify potential customers and develop new business leads.
Communicate with Customers: Interact with clients via phone, email, and other virtual tools to understand their needs and answer questions.
Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Present Solutions: Explain product features, benefits, and demonstrate how they can meet customer needs.
Close Deals: Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain Customer Database: Keep customer information accurate and up-to-date in a CRM system.
Follow-up: Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to increase sales by offering additional products or services.
Required Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Sales: Understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
Persuasion: Ability to persuade customers to buy products or services.
Customer Service: Strong customer service skills to build rapport and address concerns.
Problem-solving: Ability to understand customer needs and identify appropriate solutions.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
