Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great talent. The ideal candidate will help us meet our staffing needs by identifying top talent and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking, recruitment agencies)
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build positive relationships with candidates during the selection process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment database and records
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and employment trends
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics
