About the Role:

We are hiring a General Manager of Operations , a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all operational activities within the Kingdom. You will ensure the seamless execution of sales, leasing, and retail operations, driving efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction while aligning with Reef Holding’s long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Oversight & Execution

Lead and supervise daily operations across all Saudi locations.

Ensure execution of company policies, SOPs, and operational frameworks.

Drive automation and efficiency in operational workflows and resource management.

Sales & Leasing Management

Oversee sales and leasing performance across business units.

Develop strategies to expand market share and meet revenue targets.

Analyze performance data and deliver reports to executive leadership.

Customer Experience Optimization

Elevate the quality of service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Resolve escalated operational challenges and complaints swiftly.

Collaborate with internal departments to improve end-to-end customer journeys.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams.

Foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.

Ensure alignment with company policies and performance standards.

Strategic Operations Planning

Set and monitor KPIs for operational excellence.

Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements.

Develop scalable strategies to support growth across markets.

Regulatory Compliance & Market Adaptation

Ensure full compliance with Saudi laws and commercial regulations.

Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure uninterrupted business continuity.

Adapt to evolving market trends and maintain competitive advantage.

Stakeholder Management & Partnerships

Build strong relationships with vendors, government entities, and key partners.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements that support strategic goals.

Represent Reef Holding in key meetings and industry events.

Financial & Resource Efficiency

Optimize operational budgets and reduce unnecessary costs.

Ensure optimal use of human, financial, and technological resources.

Maximize profitability through continuous improvement of operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in operational leadership roles, ideally in sales, leasing, or retail sectors.

Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

High proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis situations effectively.
