Respond to employee queries related to payroll, benefits, leave policies, and HR procedures Provide accurate information and guidance on company policies and labor regulations

Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate HR personnel or departments

Maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions using HRIS or help desk software

Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3–5 years of experience in HR support, employee relations, or help desk roles.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in HRIS systems and help desk platforms.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
