SWATX is on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Engineer who will be integral in designing and delivering innovative solutions that meet our clients' strategic objectives. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to engage with clients, understand their needs, and develop tailored solutions that drive value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product development, to ensure successful implementations and enhance our offerings.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and proposing effective solutions

Design, prototype, and present complex solutions to clients, including architecture diagrams and implementation plans

Collaborate closely with sales teams to support the sales process and participate in customer meetings and demos

Act as a subject matter expert in relevant technologies and industries, providing deep insights to clients

Lead the installation and configuration of solutions, ensuring smooth deployments and transitions

Provide ongoing support and education to clients, addressing technical issues and optimizing solution performance

Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solution offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role

Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies

Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools, with experience in system architectures

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms and services

Relevant certifications in software engineering or solution architecture
