We are seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join their team in Saudi Arabia, delivering unparalleled customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our client’s jewelry store, engaging with customers to showcase high-end jewelry collections and deliver a memorable shopping experience. This junior-level role is ideal for individuals with 3-5 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales, eager to grow within a renowned jewelry chain.

Key Responsibilities

Engage customers with personalized service, understanding their needs and recommending jewelry pieces that align with their preferences.

Drive sales by promoting collections, upselling, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of jewelry products, including materials (gold, diamonds, gemstones), craftsmanship, and brand heritage.

Ensure the store’s visual merchandising standards are upheld, including displays and inventory presentation.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.

Build long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

3-5 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Knowledge of jewelry products (e.g., diamonds, gold, gemstones) and industry trends.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person retail environment in Saudi Arabia.

Fluency in Arabic & English.

Passion for luxury retail and a commitment to representing a prestigious brand.
