Acrobatica Spider Access is growing—and we’re looking for a driven Sales Manager with expertise in Rope Access and a strong background in Civil Construction or Engineering. If you thrive on building connections, navigating project sites, and turning leads into long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you.

We specialize in innovative, high-access solutions for construction, maintenance, and inspection. You’ll play a key role in expanding our reach across the KSA and beyond.

Your Role:

Develop and grow the Rope Access client base within the construction and engineering sectors

Engage with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to pitch tailored solutions

Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals

Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor market trends, tender opportunities, and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of proven sales experience in Rope Access, Civil Construction, or Engineering services

Strong understanding of site operations, structural systems, and high-access requirements

Solid network in the KSA construction industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
