As an Enterprise Architect (EA) at Master Works, you will be responsible for aligning technology strategies with our overarching business goals. Your role will be central in defining our architectural vision, guiding enterprise-level strategies, and ensuring technology initiatives deliver maximum business value. You will lead cross-functional collaborations, assess current systems, and recommend transformative improvements that foster innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Apply hands-on experience with the NORA framework, Qiyas projects, and Building EAO projects.
Collaborate with senior business leaders to understand goals and translate them into robust technology solutions.
Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify gaps and drive enhancements.
Design and oversee implementation of complex, scalable, and secure IT systems and infrastructure.
Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
Create and manage a technology roadmap to guide future IT investments and innovations.
Recommend technology strategies that support long-term business growth.
Conduct regular compliance audits aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Act as a bridge between IT and business units to ensure project alignment with architectural plans.
Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Certifications: TOGAF, Zachman, or other relevant enterprise architecture certifications.
Technical Skills:
Proven experience with NORA and Qiyas frameworks.
Familiarity with Building EAO projects.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and security architecture
