Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail driven QA Engineer to join the Integration team and lead quality assurance activities across backend systems and API layers. The role involves building automated test cases, validating integration logic, and critically developing certification test suites and documentation to evaluate external clients' capability to consume our APIs. This is a hands-on position that collaborates with development, DevOps, business teams, and external integrators.

Key Responsibilitie

sCollaborate with the Integration team to design and execute automated test cases for REST/SOAP APIs and backend flows

.Build and maintain test suites for API client certification, simulating various usage scenarios and validation rules

.Prepare client-facing QA documentation, including

aRequired API request/response structur

eExample payloads and header

sCommon integration errors and solution

sConduct mock API interactions to verify external parties can correctly call and handle APIs

.Use tools like Postman Collections to package reusable tests for client use

.Support onboarding sessions with clients to explain test coverage, errors, and success criteria

Required Qualificatio

nsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fiel

d.Minimum 4 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on API/backend testin

g.Experience in automated test frameworks (Postman and swagger tools

).Familiarity with API mocking, service virtualization, and schema validation (JSON/XML

).Solid grasp of HTTP, REST, SOAP, Swagger/OpenAPI, and authentication protocol
