Job Description

ASSET & EXPERIENCE

Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service delivery.

Implement and manage financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Maintain compliance with operational standards, brand requirements, and legal regulations.

Work closely with the General Manager and ownership to align on business objectives and priorities.

Ensure the preservation and promotion of the property's character, heritage, and guest experience.

Coordinate maintenance and capital improvement plans to uphold quality standards.

PEOPLE

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of hotel team members.

Create a high-performance culture through coaching, engagement, and accountability.

Address employee concerns professionally and fairly.

Foster cross-functional teamwork and strong communication across departments.

COMMUNITY

Represent the hotel in the local community and build relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Drive sustainable initiatives, local sourcing, and community engagement activities.

GROWTH

Support the General Manager in identifying and developing new revenue streams.

Lead continuous improvement efforts in guest satisfaction, service innovation, and operational efficiency.

Participate in professional development to stay updated with industry trends and practices.

Contribute to talent development and succession planning across the hotel team.

Experience & Skills

Bachelor’s degree. Diploma in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations, including leadership roles within a lifestyle or luxury property.

Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and financial management skills.

A strategic mindset with the ability to drive operational and guest excellence.
