Responsibilities:
Brand Creation & Strategy
Develop and design full brand identities from scratch, including name, logo, color palette, typography, and design systems.
Define and refine brand positioning, tone of voice, personality, and narrative in alignment with business objectives and audience insights.
Translate conceptual visions into actionable and visual brand systems.
Agency Collaboration
Lead or co-lead external creative agencies in developing brands when needed, acting as the brand owner and creative lead internally.
Review and approve agency output.
Brand Execution & Oversight
Oversee the launch and activation of new brands within the market, in partnership with marketing and operations.
Monitoring & Quality Assurance
Serve as a gatekeeper for quality and brand integrity across all communications and environments.
Technical and Executive Duties
Managing the activities concerning offline and online marketing, including the design and production of offline marketing materials (brochures, roll ups, flyers, booklets, labels, stickers, etc.), Company’s social media and digital platforms, website and landing page design, among others.
Developing the branding plan of Company brand(s) and ensuring proper implementation of all the related activities and initiatives, and in compliance with the adopted standards, policies, and procedures.
Overlooking and reviewing marketing contents shared to the public and ensuring Company’s brand image and identity are well conveyed and protected.
Monitoring and assessing customer needs, views and perception of Company brand to help derive initiatives aiming to tackle such issues.
Managing the relationship with the related service providers and assessing quality and compliance of delivered products, among others.
Job Specifications
Educational Level
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Visual Communication
Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years in a related field, of which at least 2 in a managerial position
