Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HSEQ management systems, procedures, and policies.

Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance.

Monitor adherence to local and international HSEQ regulations and standards.

Track and report on HSEQ performance indicators and incidents.

Deliver training sessions and ongoing support on safety procedures and best practices.

Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommending corrective actions.

Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSEQ strategies throughout all phases of operations.

Organize and document HSEQ meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items.

Perform additional HSEQ-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HSEQ management, preferably in water treatment or similar industries.

Strong experience in HSEQ documentation, auditing, and regulatory compliance.

Deep knowledge of local and international safety standards and environmental regulations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in relevant software tools and fast decision-making capability.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of responsibility and professional commitment.

Experience with Ashghal projects is a plus.

Advanced English (spoken and written).
