Microsoft D365 Technical Architect

Location: Middle East (Ideally Saudi Arabia)

We are partnering with one of the region’s leading global consulting firms to hire an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Technical Architect at Manager or Senior Manager level. This is an exciting opportunity to lead cutting-edge enterprise transformation projects across sectors such as financial services, energy, government, and telecom.

About the Role

Partner with clients to understand their business needs and design end-to-end solutions using D365 and Power Platform

Lead architecture, configuration, and customization across modules like Customer Engagement, Field Service, Project Operations, Omnichannel, and Marketing

Oversee delivery teams through the full project lifecycle - from discovery to deployment and adoption

Bring innovation to the team by exploring AI/Copilot, Power Pages, Azure integrations, and emerging Microsoft technologies

Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and client satisfaction

Contribute to pre-sales efforts and support the development of new service offerings

What We’re Looking For

8+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform

Strong technical knowledge across multiple Dynamics modules (CE, Field Services, Project Ops, Omnichannel, Marketing, Commerce)

Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse)

Familiarity with AI/Copilot integrations, Azure services, and best practices in data migration, integration, and security

Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audience

Passion for innovation and learning, with interest in exploring new Microsoft ecosystem tools

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 / Power Platform (preferred)
