𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a Cloud Business Development Manager to lead key client engagements in the Saudi Government sector, focusing on cloud technologies and strategic partnerships. The role involves building long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving go-to-market success across government verticals.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Collaborate with Huawei’s government teams to plan and deliver strategic business initiatives
• Lead opportunity development, business analysis, and implementation strategies
• Forecast and report key cloud business metrics; track growth against forecasts
• Shape cloud product and service strategies in alignment with client objectives
• Negotiate agreements with legal teams and manage ongoing client engagement
• Drive long-term value by deepening partnerships in the government sector
𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and the Saudi government market
• Familiarity with cloud concepts such as public cloud, big data, and HCS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years in cloud sales, business development, or client/channel management
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Experience at top cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle)
• Strategic mindset with proven execution capabilities
• Executive presence and senior-level communication skills
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in SaaS or enterprise cloud markets
• Established network in cloud and government sectors
• Strong understanding of P&L, business modeling, and competitor analysis
• Experience with Data Analytics and cloud trends is a plus
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel regularly across Saudi Arabia
