ASBIS Middle East is looking for Executive Sales Manager to drive the strategic growth of the Bang & Olufsen brand by identifying new business opportunities, expanding premium distribution channels, and establishing long-term partnerships in the high-end consumer electronics and luxury lifestyle segments.
Executive Sales Manager ensures brand positioning, revenue growth, and market presence through proactive business development, partner engagement, and execution of B&O’s global standards in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities across KSA
Build relationships with developers, local interior designers, architects, smart home integrators & HNW clients to drive referrals and specify B&O solutions in high-end projects
Collaborate with 3rd party solution providers like Lutron, KNX, and control system partners to generate project-based leads
Support stores in developing and executing clienteling strategies to grow the customer base and increase repeat sales
Leverage CRM tools to activate dormant clients and segment-specific offers
Support mono-brand and multi-brand partners in driving performance and elevating brand representation
Identify and recruit new channel partners aligned with B&O brand values
Ensure partners adhere to brand standards and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Final responsibility for the sales growth in the assigned region
About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably within active sales of luxury solutions
Familiarity with home automation, AV integration, or smart living solutions is a strong advantage
Experience working with high-end brands or in a design-driven environment is highly desirable
Proven track record of generating new business and developing strategic partnerships
Strong understanding of channel development, distribution models, and retail operations in the premium segment
Ability to build and execute commercial strategies tailored to luxury market dynamics
Proven knowledge of the local market
Fluent in English, Arabic is a strong advantage
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Passion for design, technology, and premium lifestyle experiences
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
Willingness to travel as needed for partner visits, events, and market development
