Role Purpose:

The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for driving marketing strategies in seven markets. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, enhances brand visibility, and delivers engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and sales. The role requires expertise in omnichannel marketing, customer insights, and regional adaptation of brand messaging.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement regional marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all concepts and markets.

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns.

Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI.

Conduct market research to understand local consumer behavior and trends.

Identify growth opportunities and recommend localized strategies.

Utilize data analytics to assess campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.

Oversee omnichannel marketing including digital, social media, influencer marketing, and in-store activations.

Align online and offline marketing campaigns for a seamless customer experience.

Plan and execute seasonal promotions, flash sales, and in-store activations. Responsible for the retail calendar.

Develop marketing stunt concepts to engage customers and enhance brand awareness.

Collaborate with mall partners and landlords for co-branded marketing initiatives.

Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and finance teams.

Manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and influencers.

Provide leadership and guidance to local marketing teams.

Track and analyze KPIs such as sales performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

Generate reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative strategies.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in a regional role.

Strong knowledge of multi-market retail marketing strategies.

Expertise in omnichannel marketing, digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and CRM programs.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools.

Experience in event planning, promotional campaigns, and in-store activations.
