Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our range of plastic and polymer products. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the plastics or chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the plastics and polymers market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable plastic and polymer solutions.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Achieve sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and progress.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

2+ years of sales experience in plastics, polymers, or chemicals.

Strong technical understanding of plastic and polymer applications.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Willingness to travel as required.
