Supplier Enablement Coordinator

1. Coordinate supplier onboarding activities for SAP Ariba including Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice enablement (email, cXML, EDI) with at least 2 project implementations in the automotive industry.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers during the enablement process.

3. Conduct supplier outreach via email and phone to explain onboarding steps and gather required information.

4. Support integration testing with suppliers in the Ariba Test Environment.

5. Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues to the Supplier Enablement Lead or SAP support.

6. Maintain accurate records of supplier enablement progress and documentation.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (Procurement, IT, Change Management) to ensure alignment and timely execution.

8. Assist in the development of training materials and conduct supplier training sessions.

9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier enablement.

10. Support post-Go-Live activities including issue resolution and supplier engagement. Qualification: a) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. b) 8+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Ariba (especially Supplier Network, P2P, and Sourcing modules).

c) Familiarity with EDI, cXML, and other integration protocols. d) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

e) Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management abilities.

f) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

g) SAP certification for the MM module and Ariba CA, SCC, etc. h) Integration experience between S/4HANA and Ariba using CIG, CIG-PI
