Recruitment Specialist (1 year contract)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a deep understanding of various recruitment strategies and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across departments
Develop and post job advertisements on internal and external platforms
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns
Stay up-to-date with labor laws, recruitment trends, and best practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, BambooHR)
Strong interviewing and evaluation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring compliance
