Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in Riyadh with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, developing and implementing business strategies to achieve growth targets, and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or related field.
Experience in business development, client relationship management, and market research
Skills in preparing and presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts
Ability to develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using business development software and tools
Understanding of the engineering and industrial sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
