Job Scope
We are looking for a driven and ambitious IT Sales Representative / Account Manager with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, preferably from a business development or lead generation background, who is eager to advance in their sales career. The ideal candidate should have a hunter mentality, a strong passion for technology, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on Data, AI, and digital transformation solutions
Main Duties And Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities across the assigned territory or vertical
Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Work closely with presales, delivery, and vendor teams to build tailored proposals and solutions
Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, including commercial negotiations
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update CRM (e.g., Salesforce) with qualified opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams on campaigns and lead follow-ups
Understand client pain points and communicate how Magnoos’ Data, AI, and software solutions can address them
Participate in partner/vendor events, client meetings, and industry forums to generate new leads
Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Promote the company and its services within the Region.
Position Requirements
Prior experience in a System Integrator or Software Vendor is highly preferred
Familiarity with selling software solutions, professional services, or managed services
Good understanding of the sales cycle, forecasting, and pipeline management
Demonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented with a hunter mindset
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any other related field.
Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
