Job Purpose:

To lead and oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive, high-quality content strategies across various platforms, supporting the full marketing funnel and driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, involves directing the development of engaging inbound and outbound marketing materials, including digital content for websites, blogs, social media, paid advertisements, and email campaigns, as well as traditional offline marketing content such as billboards, exhibition materials, and print media. The goal is to effectively communicate the company's value proposition, enhance brand presence, and contribute to the achievement of marketing objectives through compelling and strategic content while managing a team of content creators and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

Oversee the creation of inbound content for website pages, blogs, and social media, ensuring coverage of the full marketing funnel (Awareness, Consideration, and Decision stages). This includes supervising the development of general posts, infographics, PDFs, videos, and other content formats.

Direct the creation of content for online outbound marketing and paid ads, covering the full marketing funnel (Awareness, Consideration, and Decision stages). This includes managing the production of ad images and videos, PDFs, case studies, email marketing campaigns, and other relevant materials.

Supervise the creation of offline outbound marketing content, such as billboards, exhibition materials, and traditional media ads, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.

Manage the production of all marketing materials and printed content, including company profiles, brochures, and presentations, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.

Lead and mentor a team of content creators, fostering a collaborative environment, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Develop and implement strategic content plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.

Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to optimize future content strategies and ensure continuous improvement in marketing efforts.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

6+ years professional experience.

Job-Specific Skills:

Proven Creativity experience.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability in negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
