My client is a leading international contractor who have recently been awarded a major project for the construction of an iconic stadium for the up coming world cup. they are currently looking for an architectural BIM coordinator for the following;

- Compliance with the client’s BIM requirements

- Compliance of the model with the stage’s LOD requirement

- Coordination with other disciplines.

- Constructability of modeled services.

- Creation and communication of clash reports with multiple parties.

- Participation in updating BIM documentation as per the current stage.

- Participation in managing the project’s ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) platform.

- Following up on the progress of BIM deliverables from different originators.

- BIM model development with the stage's LOD requirement.

- Coordination with the Design and Construction team to ensure that the produced drawings and shop drawings meet both the design intent requirements and the construction & site requirements.

Candidates should have a degree in architecture and should have a proven track record working as a BIM coordinator on major building construction projects in the Middle east and especially saudi arabia.
