We’re looking for a passionate individual with a strong creative eye, deep understanding of local trends, and a natural flair for storytelling to join our growing marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the digital presence of our diverse portfolio of restaurant brands. You’ll manage multiple platforms to drive engagement, enhance brand visibility, and support commercial growth. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll bring project visions to life through compelling content, strategic collaborations, and impactful digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the social media presence for our growing portfolio of F&B brands, overseeing day-
to-day operations across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat
• Maintain or improve average engagement rate each month per brand, per platform
• Achieve consistent monthly follower growth per brand, per platform
• Develop monthly content calendars and oversee post scheduling using Meta, Sprout Social,
or equivalent software, ensuring 100% execution of approved content in line with schedule
• Create content strategies in collaboration with the wider marketing team
• Daily strategy and content creation across restaurant portfolio, creating plans for in-house
Content Creator to follow
• Craft engaging bilingual copy that reflects each brand and communicates the values and
messages
• Maintain a 24-hour reply policy for audience engagement (replies, messages, comments) with
to build brand loyalty
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads
Manager, TikTok Business Centre, and Snapchat Ads Manager
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes and social trends to create relevant content
• Create Janiya database of influencers and collaborate with them to increase visibility, and
meet or exceed collaboration KPIs for reach, engagement, and growth
• Brainstorm creative and engaging social media activations
• Track weekly and monthly performance using insights and analytics, using the data to
optimize strategies
Support broader marketing efforts including seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events
